If the ancestors are Acadian, those have been verified with Stephen White's new Dictionnaire Généalogique des Familles Acadiennes or in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia registers. The French Canadian (Québec) information has already been verified from Québec transcribed registers and the Blue Drouin. However, I am now in the process of verying with the Drouin digital database of the original/primary records.. Thank you!
