Two ships deported the Acadians to New York. The Brigantine Experiment left Annapolis Royal on December 8, 1755 arriving in New York on January 30, 1756 with 250 Acadians aboard.

On date unknown, a Schooner, name unknown, left Cape Sable arriving in New York on April 28, 1756 wtih 94 Acadians aboard.

(Milton & Norma Rieder's Marriages in Beaubassin shows Cécile married to Charles ORILLON (ref: baptism of daughter Ludivine 1 March, 1742).

Jean-Baptiste ORILLON, s/o Charles CHAMPAGNE dit ORILLON/Marie BASTARACHE. Bona Arsenault shows this same Jean-Baptiste as being married to Cécile LABAUVE, above. In erro on one of these two. Second listing shows Jean-Baptiste married 1746 at Beaubassin to Marguerite DEVEAU, d/o Jean/Cécile CAISSY (corroborated by Rieder in same book). Children: Thérèse (1744); Perpetué (1748). Deported to New York 1755.

At Chipoudy 1742 and deported to Massachusetts 1755; at Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada 1767.B

Arsenault, Bona, shows Charles LORD, s/o Jacques/Marie-Charlotte BONNEVIE, m. 1755 at Port-Royal to Marguerite GARCEAU, d/o Daniel/Anne DOUCET. Children: Jean (1766); Joseph (ca. 1768); Honoré (ca. 1768). Deported to New York 1755 and at Yamachiche, Québec, Canada 1767. Charles died at Trois-Rivières, QC 1797.
